Clarity. Connection. Change.
Hi, I’m Trisha.
If things have been feeling harder than they used to—whether in your relationships or just within yourself—you’re not alone.
A lot of the people I work with are trying to hold everything together on the outside, while inside they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike themselves.
I work with adults and couples who are navigating relationship stress, burnout, life transitions, and the sense that things just aren’t working the way they used to.
You might be thinking:
“I’m constantly overwhelmed.”
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”
“We keep having the same arguments.”
“I feel alone, even when we’re together.”
“Something needs to change, but I don’t know where to start.”
For many women, shifts like perimenopause can also impact mood, energy, and overall sense of self in ways that feel confusing or discouraging.
What we’ll focus on together
My approach is relational and DBT-informed, which means we focus on both understanding what’s happening and building practical tools to help you move forward.
In our work, we’ll focus on:
Making sense of your emotions and patterns
Strengthening communication and boundaries
Navigating relationship challenges with more clarity
Reducing overwhelm and building skills to manage stress
Reconnecting with yourself and what matters to you
I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing how things like sleep, stress, movement, and faith can impact your emotional well-being.
What therapy can feel like
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin to approach things differently—with more clarity and confidence.
Many clients begin to feel:
Less overwhelmed
More confident expressing their needs
More connected in their relationships
More grounded in how they respond to stress
A bit about me
I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples across a range of personal, relationship, and family concerns. I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), with specialized experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism and ADHD. I bring an understanding of how neurodiversity and disability can shape identity, relationships, and daily functioning.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as faculty and Clinical Coordinator at Michigan State University, where I train and supervise future counselors.
I bring both research-informed knowledge and a relational, down-to-earth presence into the therapy space.
