Listen. Connect. Grow.
Hi, I’m Trisha. I work with women and couples who are navigating parenting, challenging relationships, and seasons of life that feel more overwhelming than they used to. Together, we focus on strengthening communication, navigating transitions, and building healthier, more connected relationships.
My work is relational and DBT-informed, helping you understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing how sleep, stress, movement, and faith influence emotional well-being.
Many of the people I work with share things like, “I’m constantly overwhelmed,” or “I don’t feel like myself anymore." Others say, “We keep having the same arguments,” “I feel alone, even when we’re together,” or “I want things to be better for the kids, but I don’t know where to start.” If that resonates, you’re not alone.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying stress or relationship concerns for a long time. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as faculty and Clinical Coordinator at Michigan State University, where I train and supervise future counselors. I bring both research-informed knowledge and relational presence into the therapy room, creating a space that is thoughtful, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
